Hi @Sugumar8785. You can only edit existing topics, not add new ones.
But you can also leave comments with your edits where you could suggest the creation of a new topic.

Hi @loginerror !
I was wondering: is there an existing documentation on Studio web ? Because I don’t find it, and I think it is interesting to have one !
And I would be glad to participate in the creation of such a documentation
I believe this is work in progress, given that Studio Web is currently in public preview
This means that the documentation will become available once we git GA.
But just to clarify - our main aim is for you to not need any documentation at all. If you do, we still have work to do (obviously, it can never be 100% documentation free experience, but that is something we strive for).
