Os compatibility for PiP mode

Hi all,

@Anil_G

Just want to check on comparibility of picture in picture mode for different os in the documentation Assistant - Technology Comparison

Why remote desktop was mwntioned as os here ?

Did not get that as remote desktop would have os as well right ???

@NNR Remote Desktop is not an OS itself its just a way to access a Windows OS remotely. In the UiPath docs, its listed to show that Picture-in-Picture works even when running Assistant over an RDP session. So yes, PiP is supported as long as the underlying OS supports it.

@NNR

Remote desktop and App-V are not OS…but if you see the heading it talks about os and virtualisation also…these two come under virtualisation software

cheers

Thanks for that

I want to ask one more thing here

I observed that in normal session, there was security issue with browser where a page appeared and it asked to proceed in unsafe mode , bot handles that in main session while coming to pip mode that page does not appears it direcly naviagted to the page? May i know why it happens

@NNR

thats a infra thing…you need to check with your IT

cheers
