I’m reaching out for your guidance and help as our client has requested a change to the UiPath Cloud Organization URL (a minor change).
Since we have around 50 processes in production and multiple UiPath Apps already deployed,
I would like to understand the best approach to handle this change and with less impact.
Or is there any workaround solution for it.
Can you describe this with something dummy like what exactly you are trying to change?
As per my understanding, apart from Organization name and the tenant name you can’t change anything else.

We have deployed UiPath Apps that are currently being used under the URL:
https://cloud.uipath.com/companynamepvtltd.
Now, this needs to be changed to:
https://cloud.uipath.com/companynameltd.
The client’s main concern is that the word “pvt” should not be visible to end users.
@Mayur_N You will need to manually update all settings after changing the UiPath Cloud Organization URL.
This change impacts robots connections and UiPath Apps.

You should try the changes in your Test or UAT environment, before implementing in production.
Do the bot an apps analysis wherever you have used the full orchestrator URL. List down every location and then make the change.
