Orchestrator Windows AD login failed after server sign out.
Error Message: User not found but on verification of the user in the Orchestrator, it is still present after sign in the Orchestrator. It is possible to login all the Windows AD user to fix this issue, perform the below steps.
Steps to enable Load User Profile:
- Under the Application Pool node on the left, select the Identity Server Application Pool
- In the panel on the right, select Advanced Settings to get to the full properties
- Scroll to the “Load User Profile” setting under Process Model
- Set Load User Profile to True
- Perform an iisreset on the server (Administrator cmd -> iisreset).
