Orchestrator version not available in license activation portal

Hi, We are in the process of updating our enterprise license and I don’t see the orchestrator version in the dropdown. I can just pick the closest option but I don’t understand why the activation portal wouldn’t be up-to-date. Or am I looking at this wrong. Any help is appreciated.
