Orchestratorのv2021.10においてモダンフォルダへは移行済みなのですが、クラシックフォルダの設定を残したままとなっております。
この状態でv2023.10へバージョンアップするとエラーとなり、アップグレードが完了しませんでした。
”The existing database validation failed with the following errors:
- Orchestrator versions that contain classic folders can’t be upgraded. Please remove classic folders manually or install an Orchestrator version 22.10 to run the in-product classic to modern migration tool before continuing with the installation."
原因
クラシックフォルダの設定を残したままバージョンアップすると、エラーとなります。
解決策
バージョンアップの際は事前にクラシックフォルダーを手動で削除してからバージョンアップを行うようお願いいたします。
