Orchestrator URL Is Not Working " Http Error 500.10"

Orchestrator URL is not working. Http Error 500.10- Internal Server Error. The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Issue Description: Unable to access Orchestrator website after updating the user password. The detailed error information could be like:

Error code:0x8007052e

Config Error: Can not log on locally to C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Orchestrator\ as user xxxx with virtual directory password

Resolution:

  1. Update credentials in Physical Path Credentials under IIS-Sites-UiPath Orchestrator, right click on it and choose on advanced settings
  2. Update service account credential in Application Pools.
