Orchestrator update + elasticSearch

We need to update the ocrestrator. But before that we need to run the maintenance script. This is handled by our support, what instruction should I give them ? As I understand, to run the script we need to create objects. How do I do that?

Our logs should be archived and left only for half of 45 days, is it possible to do it somehow ? Where exactly are the old logs archived ?
