Orchestrator the Account&Group page can't access

Hi Dear friends,

I’m try to install Orchestrator,
And I open the ad(Active Directory),it work, and i can login by my microsoft account,
But when i want create account&group the page not access.

Have someone know it?

can you try going to admin page and go from there…ideally it redirects to same page

by that we can also confirm is admin access is the issue
