I’m try to install Orchestrator,
And I open the ad(Active Directory),it work, and i can login by my microsoft account,
But when i want create account&group the page not access.
Have someone know it?

can you try going to admin page and go from there…ideally it redirects to same page
by that we can also confirm is admin access is the issue

Check Browser Console : Open the browser’s developer tools (F12) to look for any errors when trying to create accounts or groups.
Clear Cache & Cookies : Clear your browser’s cache or try opening Orchestrator in Incognito Mode .
Verify Orchestrator Configuration : Ensure Orchestrator is correctly configured with Active Directory and connected properly.
Check Network Connectivity : Ensure Orchestrator can communicate with the AD server (check ping and open required ports).
Review Logs : Check Orchestrator logs for any error messages related to the issue.
Try Another Browser/Machine : Use a different browser or machine to see if the problem persists.
Update Orchestrator : Ensure Orchestrator and its components are up to date.
Check AD Sync : Ensure Active Directory sync is working properly, especially if you’re using Azure AD.
Disable Antivirus/Firewall : Temporarily disable antivirus or firewall software to rule out interference.
Restart IIS/Application Pool : If Orchestrator is on IIS, restart the web server or application pool.
