Orchestrator tenant processes feed not showing

When i try to publish an automation, the tenent feed is not showing (randomly disappeared)
This happens on two accounts on two diffent laptops but doesent happen for the same automation on another account

Hi @Siniuc_Robert

If the tenant feed is not showing when you try to publish an automation in UiPath Studio, and this issue occurs on two different accounts on two different laptops, while it works fine with another account, there could be a few possible causes and solutions to consider:

  1. Check network connectivity: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection on the laptops where the issue is occurring. Temporary network disruptions or firewall settings can sometimes affect the visibility of the tenant feed.
  2. Verify user roles and permissions: Make sure that the accounts experiencing the issue have the necessary roles and permissions to access and publish to the tenant feed. Check with your organization’s UiPath administrator to confirm the correct settings.
  3. Clear cache and restart UiPath Studio: Close UiPath Studio and clear the cache by deleting the contents of the following folders:
  • %localappdata%\UiPath
  • %userprofile%.nuget\packagesAfter clearing the cache, restart UiPath Studio and try publishing again to see if the tenant feed appears.
  1. Update UiPath Studio: Ensure that you are using the latest version of UiPath Studio. Check for any available updates and install them if necessary. Newer versions often include bug fixes and improvements that can address such issues.
  2. Reinstall UiPath Studio: If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling UiPath Studio on the laptops where the problem occurs. This can help ensure a clean installation and resolve any potential configuration issues.
  3. Contact UiPath support: If the issue persists even after trying the above steps, it may be necessary to reach out to UiPath support for further assistance. They can provide specialized guidance and troubleshooting specific to your environment and setup.

Remember to back up any important projects or files before making any changes or reinstalling UiPath Studio.
