Orchestrator - Tenant issue

Hi,

I have created signup for Orchestrator settings- got the message like ‘you will get verification mail’. But I didn’t get the mail.

Any one can suggest the solution for this one?

If you are using personal mail then check it once in Promotions or Spam folder.

If you are using corporate mail then make sure they didn’t block mails coming from Uipath.

I have used my office and personal mail id and checked in spam folder also, I didn’t get the mail.

Are you using Community or Enterprise Edition of Orchestrator ?

If you are using Community Orchestrator then follow these steps.

  1. Go to https://platform.uipath.com
  2. Use any of the available login options like Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn.

I’m using community(free) edition. I can able to login though google account but not able find the link for creating the tenant in Orchestrator…

How to get that link, do you have any solution then kindly share with me.

Once you logged into Orchestrator and then go to Services page and there you will find your tenant name. Just click on that it will redirect to your tenant region in the cloud. You no need to create Tenant again.
