Orchestrator Shows Robot not Connected

Hi,
Orchestrator shows robot disconnected but the robot tray shows connected.
Please help.

Please verify the machine id for robot tray and orchestrator both are same or not

Have you set proper environment?
use environment

And use the type as unattendent
