Orchestrator showing "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component" when run the process

Hi guys,

I built a process and want to trigger it automatically, thus I publish it to Orchestrator. But when it runs, it returns a error message as shown in the title, but the process is run smoothly when I trigger it manually, is there anything wrong? For details, I have attached a screenshot below. Thanks

Hi @Yu_Lam_SZE ,

Seems you have tried to open excel or running the macro.

If it is runs well in Front Office.

Could you please check Excel setting
File->Options->Trust Settings->Macro Settings-> Select Enable all
