Continuing the discussion from Orchestrator - Scom monitoring:
Hello all!
After windows patches the other day, the orchestrator failed to start, and after fixing the issue (restarting the web service), our infrastructure team asked if they should put it into SCOM for monitoring.
As above linked post explains more in detail, UiPath doesn’t seam to have any build in monitoring feature, and as we are starting to run some pretty important processes in our Orchestrator, we would love to have it in our SCOM monitor system.
As i am no infrastructure expert, i don’t know in detail how this works, but i do know that a lot of other products have the possibility to integrate directly with SCOM to make monitoring easy.
Until this is implemented by UiPath (if they decide to implement it), I would appreciate any good workarounds in above linked post
