Orchestrator queue , item's status always marked as in progress even it should be marked exception

Hello , i noticed that even if a business exception is throw in my process , it’s stop there and don’t move to the next item , and also the item does not marked as an exception its status is In progress
the process blocked in the throw exception i don’t figured out what’s is the problem
could anyone help please ?
