Orchestrator, processores session loading problem

I wanted to remind you of a problem I encountered a few hours ago on orchestrator.
In practice I try to associate my robot with a process, but when I open the session processes it gives me the following error.

Vorrei chiedere se anche a qualcun’altro succede lo stesso. Se si vi chiederei un aiuto
