Orchestrator - Processes - Not showing details of all Process Runs

On-Premise, Orchestrator Version: 2021.10.1

When I click on Processes in Orchestrator, it shows the list of processes. When I click on “View Details” button (looks like Eye icon) of a process, it is not showing any details. The process has run many times through Queue Trigger. The message on the process shows - “You have not run this process yet. All runs would be available in this details page.” But the process has run many times, some are success, some are failed.
However, I noticed, if I run the process manually navigating from Orchestrator to “Processes”, the details are showing up.

My understanding is, what ever way we run the process, manual, Queue Trigger, UiPath Assistant, the details will be shown here. Is my understanding wrong? or Am I missing configuration? or Is it a bug in the software?

I have raised the issue with UiPath Tech Support and they agreed to provide this improvement. However there is no ETA for this as of now.
