Orchestrator Platform Robot Unavailable

I am following the advanced certification program but can’t find create robot on http://platform.uipath.com. This is the screen I am looking at:

I understand that disabling ipv6 could be a solution, but i dont have access to network settings as it is a work computer. Any workaround? Thanks.

Go to Services page and there you will find tenant name. Just click on that it will redirect to your tenant region in the cloud.
