Orchestrator page does not show attended, unattended, development and non production robots

Hi, I am new to RPA UiPath. My Orchestrator page does not show attended, unattended, development and non production robots section. I can see only queues, machines, processes and SLA options in the drop down menu section. Am I doing something wrong. Please see the screenshot. Kindly advise.

Hey @mail4bobbysam

In workspaces it won’t show users/robots as its only dedicated for you (Whichever robot connected to your user it will be using it)

Just try checking in the normal folder → Users (For robots)

Else in the tenant !

Hope this helps.

Thanks

ok Nithin, thnx got it now but there is showing only attended and unattended robots section. there is no section of non production and development robots. Also there is no services section.

Non-production is nothing but an un-attended robot and the development is nothing but the attended mode robot.

So no worries it’s just the license allocation to those types to decide on the capabilities.

Hope this helps.

Hey @mail4bobbysam

Request meaning you want to add more license units ?

Thanks
#nK

yes, to request for more licenses for robots

For that @mail4bobbysam you will need to upgrade the plan. Which should be available on top of the same screen.

Thanks

ok Nithin thanks. Do you have any idea why many users are showing?

Hey @mail4bobbysam

I can see only one user Bobby, All the others are user groups.

So whenever a user is mapped to that group, all the access defined in the group will be mapped accordingly.

Thanks
