what are the kind of use cases where you can utilise this or situations where this tool has features different from cloud orchestrator admin console?

@Rohit_Nair Recently I have worked with Migration project where I need to migrate On prem orchestrator to Cloud.
So it works for both cloud and on-prem. You can perform bulk operations using orchestrator manager.
For each entities like asset, packages, processes, queues, etc you can do get, create, delete, download, upload , update,etc operations.
