It was running fine but since yesterday night I cannot see any logs for any job in the orchestrator.

I just checked and found the logs are generating in the studio.
And yes the bot is running well only the logs are not getting generated in the orchestrator. It was working fine before but this happened only since yesterday night.

Actually, I searched on this path but there is no folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Orchestrator). So confusing

I have this same problem. Is your Orchestrator in the Cloud or onPrem? If Orchestrator is in the cloud then you won’t have a web.config file.
Yes Andrew it is a cloud orchestrator.
So as you said cloud orchestrator doesn’t have a web.config file? Am I correct?
It is hosted in the cloud so you don’t have access to it.
I have opened an incident with UiPath as it is affecting all of our clients, multiple orchestrator instances
Do you think this issue is from their end?
I also raised a support ticket with UiPath.
UiPath turned on the Queue item retention policy this weekend. My guess is this is a side affect. They may have turned of viewing logs while this is happening.
