Orchestrator Login is slow when Tenant Listing is Inconsistent

How to resolve when Orchestrator's login gets very slow and listing of Tenants is inconsistent ?

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Error occurs while login to the windows authenticated user
  2. Verify the event viewer logs to check if 'user does not exist' and verified user is imported
  3. Reinstall the Orchestrator and on configuration, it again works as expected
  4. Check if the windows authentication user is taking too long than usual and tenant selection as well
  5. Form authentication works as expected
  6. Windows authentication takes approximately two minutes to external login call back
  7. Now verify the logs if same external login takes too long too
  8. User having another environment works as expected

Resolution: Add the parameter in the web.config file and it shall resolve the issue
