Orchestrator local feed configuration with more than one orchestrator instances

Hi folks,
for our company customer’s constraints , we have to use only the local feed of the orchestrator to deploy rpa and activities on the target robots.
in other words, We can only upload manually the RPA packages.
If we have a Load Balancer and two instances of uipath orchestrator behind it, do i need a shared directory between the two cluster instances to store the RPA packages or the activities is stored on the common database instance?
Anyone has solved the same problem?
