Orchestrator license issue when downgrading enterprise trial to community edition


I used the Enterprise trial and it was expired on May 16. The automation cloud shows:

It has been 15 days and it is still under process. I can’t use the service because of the expiration of the license.

Is this issue still present on your tenant? If so, could you also provide the URL of your Automation Cloud instance?
