Orchestrator Licencing Issue

Hi
Am attempting to relicence my non-production environment with new keys received today

However received the error as per the screenshot below. This is the first time I have tried to licence with this key.

Any ideas please

Hi @gary.cobden ,

if we are going for relicensing the key should be same as previous just we have to renewal that’s all it should work not sure why it is showing like no more allowed activations allowed. Better we have to reach the UiPath team for this license error to resolve. Looping forum manger @loginerror to look into this issue. thanks.
