Orchestrator is not working for the Azure Directory Users

Hi,

We recently installed a new certificate in our on-prem orchestrator and updated the thumbprint value in the appsettings.production.json file. After, the configuration our orchestrator is working fine for the local users, but it is not working for the Azure Active Directory SSO users.

  1. Verify the certificate of the Orchestrator, it is trusted or not.
    à Tools à Internet Options
    Select the Content Tab and select Certificates
  2. Verify the certificate is trusted or not while browsing the Orchestrator in IE and Chrome
  3. Find the same certificate in the Internet Explorer(IE)
  4. Go to the IE

  1. Select the Personal tab and find the certificate.
  2. Export the Certificate (for Backup) and Remove the certificate from IE.
