This error message indicates that either Orchestrator is disabled for the tenant else that SSO for the tenant was set up correctly but with invalid values.
Scenario 1: Orchestrator is disabled on the tenant
- Navigate to https://cloud.uipath.com//portal_/admin
- Click on the tenant with Orchestrator.
- Click the Services Icon.
- Click the three dots on the Orchestrator icon and ensure that it says "Disable". If it says "Enable", go ahead and click "Enable" to enable the Orchestrator.
Scenario 2: SSO is set up with invalid values
Go through the Configuring the SAML Integration documentation and ensure that the values have been entered in correctly in the IdP admin console.
