Orchestrator installer - Test SQL connection button

I have noticed this since the first installers of Orchestrator that it would be nice to check the SQL connection before starting the installer. If you fill in non-existing data, the installer will still run. At the end it will say that it is succesfull, but the database will be empty and you can reinstall everything.

So a test SQL connection button would be pretty usefull in my opinion

No need of this its auto verfied, if your connnection string is valid that only its move to next step

I entered a wrong database name with wrong credentials and was able to go to the next step. So the connection is not tested in the background.
