Orchestrator - Inherit from groups stopped working

Hello,

After the latest upgrade of our orchestrator the inherited from group function stopped working. The Active directory sync is still working. I can add users and set direct assignments which works without issues. I can add and remove AD groups as well. IIS and server is restarted.

I have checked the logs and the only error issue that is raised is: “UiPath.IdentityServer.Directory.Abstractions.Interfaces.IDirectoryAdapterConfiguration Error retrieving AD security groups… InvalidOperationException*This Principal object represents a well-known SID and does not correspond to an actual store object.”

Any tips and help what to troubleshoot would be appriciated.

This was solved with the help of ui path customer support team.

We tried to inactivate AD module → restart iis → activate module again → restart iis.

This did not work.

But after removing the module (se attachment) and adding it again it started to work again.
