Orchestrator: Folders are not visible or missing

Folders are not visible or missing.

Admin User cannot see Folders.

Admin User can only see Folders in the Management section of Orchestrator.

Issue Overview

 

Folders are not visible or missing.

 

Root Cause

 

For an user to see a Folder, they need to be assigned to that Folder. Additionally, if an Admin is not assigned to a Folder, they will only be able to see it in the Management section of Orchestrator.

 

 

Resolution

 

1.       Make sure the user is added to the Folder. See here
