Orchestrator faulted error

I tried to connect the robot in my friend’s pc but an error is thrown.

The process is not running.

While configuring the robot, what username or password are you providing and did you provide the username as Domain\username and password as windows password.

Yes I mentioned it properly, username as Domain\Username and password as windows password.

So are you getting robot available status after connecting from robot tray to orchestrator

Could you be more specific , what are you trying to do
