I had a case where two outputs in my queue returned the same result, but only one item was executed by the RPA. The other item appears to have been executed at the same time and produced the same output, but this would be impossible because the output result is captured from a system after going through a long process. Does anyone know what could have happened?
Is this just one off? Can you check if you are adding duplicate entries?
