If customer wants to start small, wr.t. environment setup i.e. with no high availability - single orchestrator / single sql server, Is there any rework or reinstallation required when we move to high availability environment? Or is it just additions? If it is just additions, is there any document or guide which will detail about the additional steps to be carried out to convert a non-high availability setup to high availability environment.
