Orchestrator create trigger sometimes ok sometimes not

Hi,

The problems was occurred in the on premise Orchestrator.

Sometimes I am successfully to create the trigger but sometimes I cannot as the unattended robot at the specific robot area didn’t show up.

And I am sure that the

  1. Workflow is uploaded successful as it appears in the processes page.
  2. Environment is created with the right machine and robot.
  3. Server is connected as it can run when manually start. (same process, server and unattended robot)
  4. Have the permission to trigger. Did and successful created the trigger previously (same server and unattended robot)
  5. Got the license. Just updated this year.

Can’t find the root causes.

Therefore, thinking that it’s a bug.
Cause in the trigger’s specific robot area, sometimes the unattended robot appear, and I am able to select it, and sometimes the unattended robot does not appear for the specific process.
As if it’s really the setting or other problems, the unattended wouldn’t appear sometimes.
