Orchestrator Community Edition does not start in schedulle

Hello,
Does CE version also works for schedulles on orchestrator?
I have created a robot with a process and it works if I run manually it in jobs tab, or if I run ir locally on robot.
However when I schedule to run every minutes does nothing. It does not launch on robot, just keeps repeating the schedule and nothing appears on logs.

It seems it does not start the first runs, but after a few runs it starts to work correctly.

This is often a symptom of performance issues (which are resolved right away whenever spotted )
