We have a on prem orchestrator enterprise , we are not given any cloud information , I want to login into automation cloud , how is this possible ,
The reason for automation cloud login is to download the latest enterprise orchestrator msi.

On Prem and cloud are totally different setups so you can’t access cloud version with your on premise orchestrator credentials.

To help you with Orchestrator setup, here is direct download link for Orchestrator 2024.10.0

You would need to contact your salesteam or raise on customer portal…you would get the download links

Cloud and on prem offerings are completely different

My enterprise on prem orchestrator is 2020.10.0.
Can I upgrade to enterprise on prem 2024.10

Yes, you can upgrade your 2020.10.0 on-prem Orchestrator to 2024.10. To proceed with the upgrade:

  1. Download the Latest Version: You can download the latest version of Orchestrator directly using this link: Download Latest Orchestrator Version.

  2. Download Specific Versions: If you want to download a specific version of Orchestrator, use the following format:
    https://download.uipath.com/versions/[VERSION]/UiPathOrchestrator.msi
    Replace [VERSION] with the version number you need. For example, for version 2023.10.0, use:
    https://download.uipath.com/versions/2023.10.0/UiPathOrchestrator.msi.

A small clarity ---- we have ,dev and prod orchestrator on prem url’s , we don’t know the automation cloud creds and never logged into there , how can I login to automation cloud and I just have my orchestrator credentials .

  1. Can one with orchestrator on prem use automation cloud , or its it like users who use on prem were not allowed for automation cloud

Yes, On-prem Orchestrator users can use Automation Cloud, but these two platforms are separate, so you would need a different user account and credentials to log into Automation Cloud.

If your goal is simply to download the latest version of Orchestrator, there is no need to log into Automation Cloud. You can directly download it using the download link provided by UiPath and proceed with the upgrade process.

my existing orchestrator version is 2021.10.0 and i think its using classic folders , can there be any issue if I upgrade to 2024.10 ?
