Orchestrator client,unauthroized

Hi ,

when I tried to login to orchestrator tenant, it is throwing an error message stating that unauthorized, please help me in resolving the issue

As per the error it looks like you are missing access to the tenant you are trying to access.

Check if you are using the correct user id
Check if the Orchestrator URL is the right one you want.
Try clearing browser cache

Thanks for the quick response,

1)I tried entering manually the user id and password and even tried with windows option
2)URL we are using is the right one
3)tried clearing history and cache
but we are getting the same error

What’s the deployment type you are using, Cloud/Suite/Standalone?

To isolate the issue, could you check if anyone of your colleague is able to access this tenant?

As per the status.uipath.com everything is up and running fine so this issue more of like configuration issue.

even they are not able to access ,they are getting the same issue

Then it looks like a continuation issue. Contact with support team to get it rectified.
