Orchestrator can not find the license

Hello,

I would like to assign a Runtime license (execution slots) to my machine. It doesn’t allow me. This is what I see.

When I check my license, this is what I see

Hello,

I think the license is already utilized for another machine. Can you check whether any other machine is already connected. If you are still facing the issue you can refer the below video.

No other machine is assigned

Could it be assigned to another tenant? It doesn’t seem I have an access to the Admin area to assign licenses.

I contacted our administrator and the license is not properly activated.
