Why is the user getting "You are not authorized! Error code: 0" error for any Assets related activities during the workflow execution?
Issue Description
When the Orchestrator-based activity within a workflow is being executed under a specific Robot Account/Robot User, it can fail with the error: "You are not authorized! Error code: 0"
Root Cause
Required permissions to handle the Orchestrator object are missing for the Robot Account/Robot User.
Resolution
- Ensure the Robot Account/Robot User is added to the Folder where the Orchestrator object is stored and has a Role is assigned.
- Via the role assigned to the user or Robot account, ensure that they have access to manipulate the desired Orchestrator object, be that "Assets", "Storage files", "Jobs", "Queue items", etc.
