Resolution for Orchestrator Authenticate API Error Code 1000 Message " Invalid Credentials Failed To Login " .

Resolution:

  1. Go to Orchestrator server
  2. Open the IIS
  3. Open the Identity service
  4. Open the authentication and Disable the Basic Authentication as per the below screenshot
  5. Do the IIS reset.
