Orchestratorのバージョンアップに失敗しログに「An error occurred while attempting to contact the Windows Firewall service」と表示される

Orchestratorをバージョンアップしようとすると「操作を元に戻しています」と表示されインストールが失敗します。
インストールログには以下のような内容が含まれています。

エラーメッセージ：

An error occurred while attempting to contact the Windows Firewall service. Make sure that the service is running and try your request again.
MSI (s) (F4!E8) [hh:MM:ss:000]: Closing MSIHANDLE (xxx) of type xxxxxx for thread xxxx
CustomAction InstallCustomComponents returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)

原因

Windowsファイヤウォールサービスが実行されてない場合にエラーとなる場合がございます。

解決策

Orchestrator端末においてファイヤウォールサービスを有効化してください

  1. タスクマネージャー > サービス > サービス管理ツールを開く
  2. Windows Defender Firewall が停止していれば開始します
