You can import users from the Active Directory only if Windows Authentication is enabled.
Please check to see if this helps:
@SowmyaLeo Yea, already i have enable Windows Authentication. Still facing issue…
Hi
Did we refer to this document helped on this
Cheers @muthu.m
hi @muthu.m
i hope you have follow the web-config file configuration before doing
open cmd , and type “whoami” and show you the relevant domain and the name
And there are some differentiation between orchestrator versions around active directory
is this enterprice i hope and can i know the relevant versions
because for new once having some folder controls and if there are no issue you have ability to click drop down on domain name field and show you the list
Hi
My team of developers are on one AD Domain, they use the on-premise orchestrator on our server(also on same domain) to publish their projects to orchestrator, so I will add their AD Domain. But my users are on different AD domain, and they need to connect their robots to same Orchestrator instance to run processes from Orchestrator.
Is it possible to enable Windows authentication for two different AD domains in same orchestrator instance during Orchestrator Installation so that both groups can access same Orchestrator instance?
If yes, how to include 2 different AD domains in below installation step?
@Snigdha_S I’m in a same situation as you. Did you managed to find the solution?
Same here, so wondering if any resolution or solution has been found…?
The Domain Drop-Down Control on the Manage Access screen would seem to imply that there can be multiple Domains, but zero guidance or documentation on how to configure it…
