Orchestrator Access at Host Level

Hello! I am using the free community UiPath cloud platform and being the only user I am the administrator.

When I try to invoke Get Rest API call below (using provided Swagger),
UiPath

I get the below error
“You are not authorized to perform this action”

I am able to execute all API calls within the Tenant/Service.

How do I make API calls at the host level ?
