Recently I have been working with Action center licenses.
We have a total of 10 licenses but we have 15 people using action center.
They do not all work at the same time. They work in shifts each week.
They are all part of the Action center group license.
The issue we are having each day is to drop their license so that someone else can allocate it.
The default time for the license to un-allocate from the user is 3 months.
Would it be possible to add a feature inside the admin settings of the Orchestrator to be able to toggle this timer? For instance. Toggle it from 3 months to a week. Just to have a bit more flexibility around the group licenses.
I am not sure whether there is any direct feature for the same. Experts will comment on the same
If it is not there - other option would be to call an API for deallocating the license automatically and schedule the process at regular intervals checking their last login time
Thanks for the response. Will also try the API route. Would be great to have this as an option to be able to toggle that. Helps managing licenses a bit well for inactive users.
