Orchastrator Job failed with "A local license is required"

Orchastartor is throwing below error when running job “A local license is required.”
per forum, its require Enterprise studio. I have the same version but license expires on 1/14/2010 (same day i created this topic)
Here is the “get-info” from command prompt:

its relasted to licensing. After new subscription, this issue occurs no more.
