my frnd’s platform accnt service status is still under provsion. She is not able to click on the service.
Since she need to take certification. she need to create asset and queue if mentioned.
Please suggest any other way or how to resolve this

These symptoms are not persistent. They have been happening on and off during the past 24 hours. The issue is impacting both Enterprise and Community cloud customers.
