Orcestrator API Jobs error-You are not authorised

Good day everyone, I’m trying to get a release key for the processes running in orchestrator but I get an error:
image
Can someone please help me on this one and also on the folder path i put the name like this:

Is it a correct way of putting it?

@Anelisa_Bolosha1

Is it the main folder?

If yes then it is correct…if it is the subfolder then you need to give the full path

Are you using get processes end point?

Cheers

Good day@Anil_G,
Thank you for response, yes it’s the folder i’m using

Yes I’m using GET endpoint:

@Anelisa_Bolosha1

  1. You should use the exact name
  2. You should have process level roles set…check that if you have …like the user connected from assistant should have

cheers

Okay, this one from the documentation

@Anelisa_Bolosha1

I dont want you to use roles api…but give those required roles to the user

cheers

Please give me an example to use, because I also see there is an authentication where I use berear tokens in the documentation

It’s my first time doing this

@Anelisa_Bolosha1

this si what you need to do

and make sure you have the required roles assigned…you need the package and process access as below

Manage access->edit users->add roles ->Select roles

at tenant level

at folder level

cheers

Good day @Anil_G ,
I have the required roles, I am an administrator in dev orchestrator

This is kind of confusing, I saw they say I have to then authenticate then get the folder ID…But i’m struggling on that step. Upon trying to get process key this is the error I get:

That I have to sign in, i’m not sure sign in where and how

@Anelisa_Bolosha1

What roles are given to the user you used in UiPath assistant

no folder id and all are needed as you are doign from studio it should directly work using orchetsrator http requets

cheers

I have a situation here,the folder I have here in studio is not the same as the one I am using in orchestrator
image
and what I have in orchestrator is

And It’s not allowing me to log into dev orchestrator on the server but before I was able to. Think that’s why it says I should sign in

@Anelisa_Bolosha1

Looks like either you are connected to a wrong orchestrator or it is still pointing to old classic orchestrator

Can you please open UiPath assistant → preferences-> signout and signin again

Cheers

Weird thing is, I can publish aa process and I see it in orchestrator…I tried signing out of assistant when signing back in it gave me same error:

This is on the server that is

@Anelisa_Bolosha1

looks like the orchestrator connection is broken…please check your machine key or machine setup which you have done

cheers
