Option to Cancel the Downloading of Packages

I am Trying to install a Package for Local Server Computer vision. The Installtion is taking very much time and Now I decided not to procced or Do it some other Time.

Can we Have an Option to cancel the Download of the Packages - A Simple Cancel Button which Aborts this operation
