Optimize the utilization of machines, processes and triggers using orchestrator

Hi, I’m looking for help, hints or advice on “how to optimize the utilization of machines, processes and triggers using orchestrator”.
What I need is a consolidated excel-list from orchestrator of all triggers, including: name, process, environment, trigger details, but also the information under the “edit trigger” menu.

Is this possible and if so, how?

You can get this data through the Orchestrator API. I am trying to do this myself using the Orchestrator OData feed from Excel, but I am having problems authenticating. to which I have posted a question here.
