Are you usingoutlook activities?

For that outlook needs to be open and signed in …

Sometimes if there is a delay then also this might occur

Try to upfront check if it is completely logged in and open

Hi Anil,

Thank you for your response. I m using enterprise License of studio 22.10.5. In that I am using Send Outlook Mail Messages activity for Document Understanding Project. I have tried it both the ways (by keeping outlook open as well as By closing the outlook). Also I have upgraded the package to latest. Also i hav tried by using start process or Use Application for outloog… But it fails …

Changing HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\policies\microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\security\promptoomsend to 2 worked for me. U just change the value. close the regedit and wait for 2 mins… Done
